Tom’s jokes

Another shift that shows contrast can be seen in the IKEA scene. When Tom and Summer went to the IKEA for the first time (day 34, when their “love” was blossoming), they looked happy and both of them are joking about the broken sink. In the other scene (day 282) with the same place, IKEA, Summer looks like she’s bored and she doesn’t laugh at Tom’s jokes. The place is the same, but the day is different, and so is the feeling.
